The wine enthusiast knows that March means touring the eight wineries along the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail for a month of food and wine pairings and wine education.

The March Passport Program along the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail involves purchasing a passport for $35 at any of the eight family-owned wineries and then visiting each of the wineries during the first four weekends in March. A limited number of passports are printed, so get them early while they last since they sell out every year!

As you visit our eight wineries you will receive delicious wine and food pairings to sample. Your passport will be stamped at each winery. Once your passport has been stamped at all eight wineries, fill out the contact information on the front of the passport page and submit it in order to be entered to win great prizes from local businesses.

Event hours at each winery are: Saturday - 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Sunday - noon - 5 p.m.

Each passport holder will also receive a Lehigh Valley Wine Trail gift. The 2013 gift is a picnic wine tote. 
 
It is recommended that you plan to visit no more than three wineries a day so you can get the most enjoyment out of your experience without being rushed. Plan to stop at a local restaurant along the way from as there are many great options.

Since our wineries are all family-owned and operated, we each have our own set of house rules. So please check with individual wineries if you have any questions about their policies. We look forward to meeting you on the trail! 

Passport orders placed after the first weekend of the event can still be used the other three weekends of the event - March 9 & 10, 16 & 17 and 23 & 24. 

NEW FOR 2013 -

In order to improve the experience for all of our event passport holders, the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail has revised its Group Guidelines for the event.

Our eight wineries will no longer accept commercial vehicles of any type (buses, limos, vans, etc.) during March. If you are traveling by private passenger vehicle in a group of 8 or more, appointments are required at any wineries you plan to visit.

Please call ahead to the wineries on your route to make those arrangements at least three days in advance. Thank you.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to participate in the event?

All passport holders must be age 21 or older to receive wine and food pairings and may be be asked to provide legal proof of age at each winery. 

What are my parking options at the wineries?

Each winery has its own parking area but due to the increased activity on event weekends, parking may be more difficult to find, so please be patient. 

What is the refund policy?

Sorry, but we do not offer refunds for purchased passports. 

When will my order be sent out?

All orders are mailed out via USPS First Class Mail within 1 week of being placed.
